Male bulge is the bulge caused by a man's genitals, visible in his crotch when he is wearing very tight clothing, such as Speedos, a jockstrap, ballet tights or a catsuit. This is appealing to some women and many gay men.
If someone wearing tight clothing wishes to conceal the bulge, he may wear tight control briefs to compress his genitals. This may be important for transvestites and cross-dressers.
