Suspender briefs (US: Garter panties) are lingerie consisting of a pair of briefs with suspenders attached. The suspenders may be attached from either the waistband or the bottom hem. Thus these briefs function as a combination of ordinary briefs and a suspender belt.
If the briefs part resembles a thong, the garment may be called a suspender thong, though that term also has another meaning.
