Hello. I've been invited to join the band of storytellers here.--Walter 19:12, 24 May 2012 (UTC)

Hi Walter xx. Great to see you. I've made your userpage a little more legible and put the customary header and footer on your story. Let's have more soon!--Speedoslover 11:37, 25 May 2012 (UTC)

That appears to be from http://www.fashionising.com/ , not http://ampeddandangerous.blogspot.co.uk/ ... What's the evidence for the license? -- AnonMoos (talk) 15:16, 22 September 2013 (BST)

I do not understand. The photo is prominently on the page I linked to, at the top right. That page clearly says at the bottom
All material is owned by Amped+Dangerous unless cited // 2009-12.
Amped+Dangerous is licensed under Creative Commons as follows:
and then there is an icon representing CC-BY-NC-SA. I cannot see the photo on the page you link. What makes you say that it is from that other page, or that the licence on my source is invalid? Of course, if I am wrong I apologise and would ask you please to delete it and find an alternative photo.--Walter (talk) 23:13, 22 September 2013 (BST)
The image is displayed at ampeddandangerous.blogspot.co.uk, but it's hosted at www.fashionisingpictures.net . If you right-click on the image with your mouse, and select "View image info" or "Copy image location" (or whatever the equivalent in your browser is), you can see this for yourself... AnonMoos (talk) 04:19, 27 September 2013 (BST)
You seem to be correct. If you feel that this invalidates the CC licence, then as I say, please delete it and find an alternative.--Walter (talk) 20:14, 27 September 2013 (BST)
It's not so much that it "invalidates" the license, as that it's not at all clear that the author of one website has any authority to set licensing terms for material located on a completely different website. 12:05, 28 September 2013 (BST)
Actually, how about this. It's not hosted on another site.--Walter (talk) 20:20, 27 September 2013 (BST)
Sorry, but that's a montage of miscellaneous celebrity red carpet photos with no photographer credit, which sets off warning signals. There are red-carpet photo snappers who license their photographs under suitable licenses (Bollywood Hungama, Glenn Francis, Eva Rinaldi and some others), but I don't see any indication that the blogger is one of them... AnonMoos (talk) 12:05, 28 September 2013 (BST)

It could be quite tricky, finding a replacement photo with a CC licence. I've just spent some time looking, and I can't find one.--Leafman (talk) 20:26, 28 September 2013 (BST)

I've found some on Flickr:
[1] depicts celebrities so I don't know if it's safe to use
[2] not brilliant, but must be OK
[3] shows a slit in a miniskirt displaying a stocking top, so ought to be used as well as one of the others.

I'd be worried about using the first one. I agree that we should use the other two and delete Walter's original upload.--Ropeuser (talk) 18:26, 29 September 2013 (BST)

Thanks for the input. I've uploaded and added the third one.--Walter (talk) 21:12, 2 October 2013 (BST)

File:Doubleslitskirt.jpg is still used in two articles... AnonMoos (talk) 07:36, 12 October 2013 (BST)

Sorry, I was waiting for your input on Catsuit's suggestions. I'll upload #2 and then you can delete the one that concerns you.--Walter (talk) 21:05, 12 October 2013 (BST)
