Xenophilia is a sexual attraction to strangers (for example, as part of Dogging) or alien life forms (for example, in the fantasy/fetish work of H. R. Giger.) It is the opposite of xenophobia.
A xenosexual is someone who is sexually attracted to aliens or extraterrestrial life.
Etymology
The word comes from the Greek "xenos" (ξένος) (unknown, foreign) and "philos" (love, attraction).
