Can anyone explain this bit? "Such practices border on criminal conduct in less libertarian societies, thus they are normally carried on in outdoor locations, like pedestrian malls, as opposed to indoor locations." If it's illegal or nearly so, why do it in public? Is that in the original Wikipedia article? And do we need a Wikipedia link?--Taxwoman 21:08, 17 February 2007 (UTC)
