Bitch boss

Bitch boss is a roleplay that is centred around the workplace scenario.
Commonly the dominant will take the role of the workplace superior/manager/boss and the submissive will take the role of a more lowly employee. The roleplay would involve the boss punishing the employee for transgressions such as poor work, poor time-keeping or other such errors, and the punishments may range from humiliation to corporal punishment.
