BBW is an abbreviation for Big, Beautiful, Woman (or women, depending on context).
It is a way for overweight females who feel that their size might be a negative issue in attractiveness to promote the potenital attractiveness of themselves because of their size, rather than despite it.
It is a shorthand often seen on dating sites and other personal profiles.
