A Bishop gag or Bishop head harness (named after Robert Bishop) is a type of head harness used in bondage.
It typically consists of a leather harness that encircles the head, with straps securing it in place. It has a panel that covers the lower half of the face, with a ball on the inside of the panel that goes into the captive's mouth. It is considered to be a striking and intense piece of BDSM equipment and can be used to create a sense of objectification and helplessness in the wearer.
