Bitch boss is a roleplay that is centred around a workplace scenario.
Commonly, the dominant will take the role of the workplace superior/manager/boss and the submissive will take the role of a lower-ranked employee. The roleplay involves the boss punishing the employee for transgressions such as poor work, poor time-keeping or other such errors, and the punishments may range from humiliation to corporal punishment.
