Cigarettes are deeply involved in the S&M scene, as are cigars. Even non-smokers are into them. Being brushed by the hot tip of a cigarette against your skin by your lover is wonderful. When you let your lover put out a cigarette into your nipple is a terminal yet glorious scene.
