A reverse prayer hogtie is a variant of the hogtie. The arms of the person to be bound are tied in the reverse prayer position. The ankles and possibly knees are tied together. Ropes are then used to connect the ankle ties to somewhere else to keep the legs doubled up. This will usually be the wrists or the elbows.
