- I believe the neck corset is a special type of posture collar. It is fastened using stays. ISD 15:13, 14 September 2007 (BST)
Safety considerations
Should mention that anything which puts significant pressure on the windpipe (front of the neck) can always turn dangerous, unless you know exactly what you're doing... AnonMoos 19:37, 22 January 2009 (UTC)
