SM 101: A Realistic Introduction. A book by Jay Wiseman

This is the perfect realistic introduction to lifestyle D/s, heavy BDSM, and/or non-heavy bedroom games. He is a very funny, often satiric, and easy to understand writer. BDSM safety is stressed- again and again- but I think that it must be. Jay also has a great knowledge of the medical and physical side of things- which I found not only interesting- but also comforting. I can personally recommend this as a great book to read while on jury duty.
