An anal hook is a bondage restraint featuring a stainless steel ball that is inserted into the anus. The open ring at the other end may then be used with rope to create an intricate rope bondage design.
Alternatively, the rope may be affixed to a hood or head harness; as it is tightened, this forces the head back.
