- They wouldn't be OK in the UK; Commons has exploited a loophole in US law because the copyright was never registered, but that doesn't work in the UK. I found a good picture on Deviant Art and have asked for permission to use it.--Ropeuser 19:23, 30 November 2010 (UTC)

Wonder Woman being constantly tied up was semi-notorious during the 1940s, with significant cultural carry-over into subsequent decades (in the U.S. at least), but Wikipedia kind of tucks this info away inconspicuously; there's some info (not a lot) at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/William_Moulton_Marston#Themes and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Publication_history_of_Wonder_Woman#Early_days ... -- AnonMoos 02:57, 21 April 2011 (UTC)
